Gill Sans SUBS 13th Nov 2024		The Atlantic City Ballroom Organ was, and is, the largest organ in the world, and the loudest instrument ever made, as befits a ballroom large enough to have had a helicopter flown inside. The selection on this EP was taken from the album Boardwalk Pipes, issued on Mercury Living Presence on vinyl and tape. Here is Robert Elmore playing the Trumpet Voluntary, with much use of the 81 percussion stops: Organist Anna Lapwood describes and plays on the organ in her Radio 3 series A View From The Organ Loft
