This is the domestic sale version of the video featuring "Beauty and the Beach" the 18th episode of Pokémon which was initially banned in the west for containing visual references to large artificial breast size. It was not dubbed by 4kids until nearly 2 years later and in strictly edited form, during the Orange Islands run, though even then it still didn't air in some countries such as England.
