Graham7 2nd Jun 2016		VHS My Favourite Wife - The Video Collection (1986)	I've now added "My Favorite Wife" as an alternate title for this tape, so it does automatically link. The 2 Cinema entries do still need merging and I'm not sure which to keep.

This is why we have the alternate/other titles, but I think we can only have one alternate on Cinema World? This video would link automatically except that tricky UK/US spelling variance. Thanks for the scan, camshaft. It would be great if you would consider also adding images of just the front cover for tapes, both audio and video, They would fit the general look of the site better, I feel..

Synopsis/Reviews should be added as a comment or review please, here or on the Cinema entry. The text I removed appears to be taken from filmaffinity.com.
Graham7 22nd Nov 2015		DVD Box Set Drive-In Cult Classics Vol. 3 - BCI (2008)	GEMSMFAN, in response to your correction regarding the linked films shown doubling up - it seems to be because you added some duplicate Cinema entries. All sorted now.
Graham7 27th Oct 2015		DVD Grosse Pointe Blank - Hollywood Pictures (1998)	Title corrected. On doing so, I found that there were 2 Cinema entries for this, which have now been merged.
Graham7 5th Jul 2015		DVD Dragnet [1987] - Universal (1998)	Barcode should be ideally be entered including the leading and trailing digits, in this case 0 and 5, to represent the UPC, which should identify disc. Searching net for 2519203922 doesn't show much (except this page), but checking UPC 025192039225 does find this DVD, and dates it 27 Oct 1988, which looks about right.

Graham7 3rd Jul 2015		DVD The Railway Children - Anchor Bay Entertainment (2003)	I've rearranged (and simplified) the credits. Is this ok? All we really need is a brief overview of a movie, with the main/most well known cast ( IMDb has all the minutiae of how each person is credited so I've also removed the (As Miss...) etc detail. Only the first 4 listed cast are displayed on an associated dvd/vhs.

To link to TV Series, enter the Disc Title as on the box, and then put just "Bad Girls" in the TV series field. Even doing this won't link to TV series as no entry has yet been created for it! Would you like to make one? I've corrected the titles for all 8 you've added, once a TV Series is added, they will all link to it.

Graham7 6th Jun 2015		VHS E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial - CIC Video (1988)	This is the first legitimate UK release of this much pirated film. Here are the first couple of minutes of the tape, showing how to check it is a legal copy by way of generic CIC Polaroid stickers on the rear sleeve and tape spine. [YouTube Video] Strangely, it does not mention the great big E.T. hologram on the label side of the tape shell, which is really nice when you get the light right, showing our heroes flying in front of the full moon.

Graham7 4th Jun 2015		DVD Addams Family Values - Universal	Not 1993, and no smallprint/logos on the disc. I think first UK official UK dvd release 2001, Paramount had it certificated 14 Feb 2001.

(Several other pre '97 items need fixing, I am working on it) Disc doesn't look very "official" (homemade/pirate?) The first proper UK DVD release of this film was in 2013, I think. EDIT : date now removed (was entered as 1991)

I think CED video discs and Video CDs probably do require separate sections. but see wikipedia. Looking forward seeing henry29's 340 CEDs! I've just made a Cinema entry for Poltergeist (2015), which I first knew about from the side of a bus yesterday.
Graham7 18th May 2015		VHS The Keep - Paramount (2000)	Sorry, now I see the 2000 date (sideways) on the back cover. The rare version would be the 1985 CIC release, before the bbfc (and VPRC) saw it. See Pre Certification Video for 13000 more. EDIT: Ps. maybe any version of this is "rare" - I have a friend who reckons he has different 2 copies, and hopefully he'll be able to find them so I can add.
Graham7 18th May 2015		VHS The Keep - Paramount (2000)	Re the "different cat# on the label" VFA13632. It is a BBFC reference, type it into the last box on BBFC search and it will lead to The Keep, which was given its video certificate in 1986, so I think that should be the date of this, not 2000. These VF (=Video Film?) numbers appear on many UK labels/dvds. Older ones like this start VFA, then later videos have VFB, VFC, and modern dvds have VFD numbers.
