Biography - AECC Press & Journal Arena    UK

Press & Journal Arena was one of the sponsored names for the arena located at the former Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
It opened in 1985 as the AECC Arena. From 2002 to 2012 it became the Press & Journal Arena, sometimes abbreviated to P&J Arena.
In 2012 new sponsors named it the GE Oil & Gas Arena and in 2017 it became the BHGE Arena (Baker Hughes General Electric).
It closed for good in July 2019 and was demolished in March 2020.
