Biography - Barfly UK Short-lived venue, capacity 200, which opened in late 2001 in one of the "pods" of the equally short-lived National Centre for Popular Music. It was the third venue to be opened by the Barfly Group after London & Cardiff. In 2002 it moved for a short while to the former Zero Club (now The Plug) on Matilda Street, Sheffield.
