Biography - Ivanhoe's Auditorium

Opened in 1921 as the Huddersfield Grand Picture Theatre, this venue ran as a cinema until 1957. In the 1960s it reopened as a live music venue called the Sheridan Rooms, after that it became a nightclub called Eros later to be renamed Ivanhoe's.
It is most famous for hosting the Sex Pistol's Christmas day gig in 1977.
