Biography - Louisville Convention Center 
USA
Opened in 1905 as the Jefferson County Armory this venue was known in the 1960's and 1970's as the Convention Center or Louisville Convention Center. When the Commonwealth Convention Center (now called Kentucky International Convention Center) was built in 1975 it was renamed the Louisville Gardens.
