Biography - The Brindley UK The Brindley is a theatre in the town of Runcorn, Cheshire, England. Located by the Bridgewater Canal, the centre is named after the canal's engineer, James Brindley. It opened in autumn 2004. The venue consists of four or five facilities, a 420 seat 'Theatre', a 110 seated or 180 standing room 'Studio', a 40 person capacity 'art' room, a cafe, and a foyer; all available for hire. However 'Setlists' gives us "Brindley Arts" from 2008 to 2018, then "The Brindley" from 2018 to date; and 'Songkick" goes with "The Brindley" all the way from 2006 up to date. Both sites also mention, seperately, "Brindley Theatre" ('09 to date). So it cannot be deduced which gig is at which room, only option, as few or no shows are on the same day, then is to use this page for all at the whole venue. « Back to Venue Edit This Biography : Biography Credits
