Biography - Colston Hall (The Lantern)

Formerly The Bristol Little Theatre (home to resident production company "The Rapier Players" whose first performance was in 1923). Became a bar for The Colston Hall in the 1980s and was renamed Hall 2 after the redevelopment of the foyer in 2009. Became The Lantern in 2014 and is used as a performance space for new music artists.
Known as Hall 1 for a short while in 2011;
Or perhaps that was a third venue in the complex, not sure.
