Biography - The Ritz

There are different incarnations of this venue.
The Ritz was the original name and used until late 2010/early 2011.
HMV (or rather their property arm, MAMA) acquired the building late 2010/early 2011 and, after refurbishment, renamed it HMV Ritz. Refurbishment was completed in Sept 2011. (Source.)
In October 2015, Live Nation UK bought the building from HMV/MAMA and renamed it O2 Ritz Manchester. (Source.)
