"It is with a heavy heart that I announce the end of our journey as Ultimate Bowie. After sixteen years of playing the “Starman”, touring the UK and abroad, and sharing countless unforgettable moments with all of you, I have made the difficult decision to hang up the costumes and wigs.

It has been an incredible ride that began in 2005 with my appearance on Granada TV’s “Stars in their eyes”. An amazing experience which compelled me to find the right band of musicians to play such a brilliantly diverse back catalogue. A tall order indeed, however, in 2009 Ultimate Bowie began touring. We have played some of the finest theatres in the UK, also touring New Zealand with a group of wonderful people who are not only great performers but are true friends who have become our Bowie family.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported us along the way. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, love, and encouragement. It has been an honour performing Bowie’s music for you, and we will always treasure the memories we have created together.

While this may mark the end of Ultimate Bowie as you know it, I will continue to play gigs with my Bowie acoustic band. Focusing on the music without costume, wigs and makeup.
Thank you once again for your love and support. We will forever be grateful for the memories we have shared with you, and we look forward to crossing paths with you again in the future".
