Promoted as being held at the El Rey Theatre,the event was held at the Fonda Theatre. It was recorded for CD and DVD release. The event raised funds for Sweet Relief, which benefits career musicians who are struggling to make ends meet, and 100 percent of ticket sales went to the organisation.
