Broadcast live on WABC-FM, and rapidly out on bootleg double vinyl - complete - as 'Knockin' 'Em Dead Alive' and 'Live E Jay' - both US only. Many copies made in across to the UK with at least one single disc UK version released as 'Superstar Live' comprising above track nos; A side -1,2,3,4, & B side - 6,7,9,10.
In the US, at least 2 single disc bootlegs followed;- 'Very Alive' A - 3,5,8,9, B - 12,13, ; and 'Radiocord' with the same songs in a vastly different sequence!! Only Take me to the Pilot getting left on the double albums.

All this Fall touring activity, T. C. expectation and bootlegging forced DJM/MCA/UNI to release the belated, very truncated, only 6 trk live album in spring 71. As with 'Radiocord' an out of squence running order; and different songs; A - 11(!),9,7,5, B - 3,12....

The 2017 RSD double vinyl issued repeats the official '71 issue on sides A & B and scrambles the other 7 songs (randomly) over sides C & D. All there at last, still wrong order.
Timing issues I guess.
