 I think I attended this gig, I was in the stalls about half way from stage and Paul Buckmaster was conducting an orchestra....I had a printed programme, but that is long lost.
Elton was playing a grand piano.
This was the first of at least of four times I saw him play live, other than bumping into Elton in a record shop in South Molton Street in London around December 1974.
