Final gig of the band's Farewell concert tour before disbanding.
The ticket for the event was an 8 page tabloid newspaper, which had to be stamped on entry.

 Fairport played Knebworth Festival earlier in the day too.

 Fairport's final gig, in their adopted 'home' village, before disbanding after 12 years. The programme says the band is disbanding mainly as a result of Dave Swarbrick's hearing problems.
It also doesn't rule out the possibility of some annual get togethers however- and here we are, some 40 years later, with the band still touring (after reforming in 1985) and the annual Cropredy festivals!!
