rocket666 25th Jan 2020		Although still the support act several of the audience may have attended to see Mr Wainwright Snr - perhaps already or shortly to be father of Rufus.... - because of his same support roll at this venue just one month prior. That show was topped by one very elusive Buffy St. Marie. I attended that gig too, though exact date in early November missing from many searches! I have only found one other show note for Ms St Marie around that time. 06/11/71 at Birmingham.... Notes: Rufus, born 22/07/73, so a very small twinkle. Date unknown of marriage of mother Kate McGarrigle to ... Loudon, born 05/09/46, so age 25 around this time and gigging whereever possible.
