biffbampow 27th Mar 2015		lol... Bill wasn't far off the mark! I must admit when I see anti-drugs things like this gig press cutting, a part of me instantly feels "suspicious" - so many times over the years, stars have preached "Don't do drugs" or supported such organisations when in reality a great many of them were busy doing them. The amount of times I've read stars confessing - many years after the fact - that they were high on major gigs or events is almost a cliche. Apparently backstage at LiveAid there was so much coke going round it was ridiculous... it sure helps explain the many less than wonderful musical moments that occurred on the stage that day! I dunno... makes me feel a bit sick actually... all those stars supposedly there for a "good cause" and in reality abusing it for another high and some extra promotion to help sell more records!
