R.S.G. broadcast usually live at 6.30pm on fridays, though may have moved to 10.30pm by this date.
Could Patti and company's part been recorded back on 4th January, a tuesday; as per Keith Hayward book. These are the only two mentions of the show / venue in a gigology.

Though 'Discs a Gogo' noted as a venue for both Major Lance (15/12/65) and Ms Labelle (12/01/66), only Googles as a TV show from the west of England. IMDb site states shows broadcast on the ITV network, but not usually in London.
