Whiteman's 1924 Spring Concert Tour took his "Experiment in American Music" program on tour, starting at Aeolian Hall in New York City, then performing in Rochester, NY on May 15 and from there going on to Pittsburgh, Cleverland, Indianapolis, and St. Louis. The orchestra played in thirteen cities in the US as well as in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal in Canada.
