Petula Clark hosted a live television broadcast to France featuring a stellar line-up of stars ..Petula sang live in French her latest hit “Viens avec moi”(I know a place) and Sandie sang partly in English and French but the others sang in English.
Footage of this show still exists in France .
There are internet reports that the Kinks also appeared but I did not see them on the footage I have seen .
