chrisb 15th Jul 2024		The mystery deepens as the Sounds clipping info is contradicted in an NME clipping ( just added) putting Sassafrass in Burton on Trent on this date.



chrisb 3rd Jan 2021		Further research on this anon Luton gig (listed on spreadsheets compiled from the band's manager's and fans diary sources) throws up a press cutting from Sounds weekly music paper giving some Sassafrass tour dates, and puts them supporting Stackridge at the Swansea Patti Pavilion on this date, so this entry may need amending. Would make sense given the locality of venues on the dates either side of this (Malvern and Barry). See press cutting added.
