steverg1st 25th Aug 2023		Steve Giles: DARK founder member. Once I’d got there, went looking for the roadies to ask if they’d help us get our kit from Northampton - saw one guy and asked if he was a roadie. “NO”! he retorted. “I’m the bass player”! I’d asked Alan Lancaster ????????‍ I found the Roadies in the playground (during the week, the Rock Club was a school) playing football. It was May 6th - Cup Final day.



artdec0 23rd Aug 2023		Our van broke down on the way to the gig, so Status Quo's roadie fetched our gear for us. We had to pay him £5. That meant we had £2 left to share between the three of us!
