The third scheduled concert of this 27 date May tour. However the Singer Bowl concert earlier in the day had been cancelled, so this was the second date of only 4 that took place between 3rd and 5th May. Ticket sales were very poor but despite this the Beach Boys performances were very good, and well received by the small audiences. However during the Maharishi's lecture that followed the Beach Boys, many heckled and/or left. The scheduled 22 remaining concerts from 6th to 21st May were all cancelled.
