The Mothers line up was Frank Zappa (guitar, vocals), Roy Estrada (bass, vocals), Ian Underwood (keyboards, piano and sax), Bunk Gardner (sax), Buzz Gardner (trumpet), Euclid Motorhead Sherwood (baritone sax, vocals) Don Preston (keyboards), Arthur Dyer Tripp III (drums) and Jimmy Carl Black (drums)

Noel Redding made a guest appearance dancing a "perverted version of the art of ballet dancing" during a rendition of a Mozart piano concerto!

Frank Zappa had the show professionally recorded and parts of it have appeared on various releases over the decades. It's the source of the infamous moment on "Burnt Weeny Sandwich" where responding to a heckler, Zappa declares that everybody in the venue is wearing a uniform.
