 The place was called "Espace BASF" for this concert, probably because it was sponsored by the German firm.
The concert was preceded by a wrestling match by two topless ladies on a ring in the middle of the room.
Then there was an transvestite named Bambi, singing cabaret songs and stripping, fortunately not completely.
The Stranglers line-up:
Hugh Cornwell: Lead and Backing Vocals, Guitar
Jean-Jacques Burnel: Lead and Backing Vocals, Bass
Dave Greenfield: Keyboards, Backing Vocals
Jet Black: Drums
