The original headliners were supposed to be Anti Pasti but they pulled out at the last minute, leaving Vice Squad in charge. Despite a low turn out for Chron Gen the venue reached full capacity for Vice Squad - a result of Crass playing at the nearby Digbeth Civic Hall. That gig finished at around 11.00pm, thus giving the audience time to get to the Cedar Club in time for Vice Squad who were due on stage at midnight.
