Tom Jones was scheduled to be the opening act for BT London Live 2012 which was a series of concerts held in conjunction with the Olympics held in London during the summer of 2012. However, during the day, it was announced that Tom Jones was taken ill and Will Young was scheduled as a very late replacement.
