Includes articles about The Ohio Players and Johnny Nash, plus Norbert Hess reports on the 7th New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Goff Abbey writes about "Live" Soul, Sharon Davis writes about Motown, Dave Godin writes about Soul in general and also looks at readers' letters and Frank Elson checks out The North.
