Juke Jules SUBS 5th Nov 2015		Exchange And Mart was a venerable institution in the UK, predating eBay by about 130 years. In it you could find 'bargains', cars, personal sales, and all those recherché commodities that you don't find in shops. Screwfix started there, in the days when they sold - you guessed - screws and wallplugs, and everyone with an interest in mechanical engineering will remember K R Whiston's magical emporium of mechanical delights, somewhere unknowable in the High Peak district E&M was joyfully parodied in Viz
