nboldock 10th Nov 2013		Free "independent street magazine" for the Hull area. Decent magazine this one, usually a fair bit of reading in it, and it has an irreverent and slightly near-the-knuckle approach (considering it's freely available to anyone and everyone, it's surprising what they get away with!). TFC is distributed in bars, shops, live venues and so on. The food item on the front there - which to anyone outside of Hull looks like a sandwich with something odd in it - is a patty butty. Patties don't exist outside of Hull, so I'm afraid if you've never been, then you've missed out on a deceptively brilliant culinary treat. Elsewhere in this issue there's quite a bit about the proposed name change of Hull City AFC, plus news, reviews, features and so on.
