format: one sheet of fairly glossy white paper printed letter-press in black plus one colour (choice from four colours rotated through on a pretty-well strictly-kept sequence): folded not precisely in half, to give an un-overlapped margin; and then folded not-precisely-in-half again, to give a second, further un-overlapped margin to the folded leaflet.

front page: title: the new singles; sub-title: a weekly listing of 45 rpm recordings; issue number & date (month day no. year no.).
back page: our "top twenty" from a-z / hit parade (alphabetically by artist surname, group name - a-side title - label & cat#).
opens #1 to display: the week's new singles alphabetically by artist in three columns, giving a+b-side titles, label, cat# for each.
opens #2 to display: the previous two (occasionally three) weeks' releases in five columns, two index to titles, giving artist name; three alphabetically by artist giving a+b-side titles, label, cat#.

issue number and date declared at head of the week's listing inside ("opens #1") almost always agree with those declared on front cover.
