 The "Invasion" was a phenomenon of 1964 so I'm sure it was in popular use about that time, though I couldn't say whether it first appeared in the British or the American music press

 Was this one of the first times that phrase "British Invasion" was used to described how the music was accepted by America?

 Who Put The Bomp! gradually dropped "Who Put The" until it unequivocally became just Bomp!
I suggest the two titles be shown as synonymous
