Unfortunately, i am unable to work out the original country of this issue. Usually, i have all necessary information, but this one has only a picture without any corresponding info saved.
I have tried to find a picture in the internet of a similar magazine with the same title font to detect the country but failed :(

according to the cover photo, the release year is 2004 or, possibly, 2005
i am not sure if the Country is correct, it's Spain 95% but this is still an assumption
