The cover feature is compelling, though horrifying. The Town Without Wi-Fi feature is also really good - much more interesting than it sounds - read it online for free here.

nboldock 9th Jun 2015		Magazine Groovy (1967)	Sadly I only have two of these and they're on loan, they're not mine (loaned for the Hull Music Archive which I edit/created). They're great, and the two I have on loan are in superb condition as well. No idea how many issues there were in total (yet). The cover of this one is The Mandrakes from Scarborough, featuring a young Robert Palmer (that's him at the back).

nboldock 18th Feb 2015		Magazine NME (2015)	That's what I thought! £2.50 though :-/ Of course this is available internationally now though I suppose it makes logical sense to keep them all grouped together under UK, though it should be noted there are overseas prices on the front cover in the small print (bottom right).

nboldock 12th Jan 2015		Magazine G2 (2011)	True but I thought that was for magazines that came with newspapers. G2 isn't really a magazine, it's just a separate section of the newspaper, and it's in the paper every weekday... it's on newsprint, it's not what you would call a magazine. (Though I quite like it, for what it's worth - usually worth reading). I don't suppose it matters much but it's not really a valid publication I don't think. Perhaps we leave the ones we have alone as they're not doing any harm.
