Topic: RCA Victor Stickers on HMV 78s

 | RadnaNotions Member since Dec 2012 39 Points | I suspect this arrangement would have been about HMV's needs rather than RCA's. If HMV had stock it needed to shift, and the price worked out cheaper than RCA pressing their own, then I'm sure they'd take it. As we've noted elsewhere, things were already really tough in the UK record industry prior to the war breaking out. And I'd imagine the war was having more impact here circa 1940 than it was in Canada. |
