Topic: Multi-disc sets

Member since Jul 2014 3084 Points	Well, the Motown Hits Of Gold photos are now neatly cropped and ready to go (indeed I have already added some to the already existing entries for Volumes 4 and 5). It looks like I'll be returning to the original idea, mentioned by Sladesounds, of adding each disc as its own entry and the packaging as a separate one as I've noticed that the discs are numbered WL 72401 through to WL 72409 whereas the packaging has its own number ... WL 72410. And I shall resist the temptation to use the "Linked release" facility. By the time I get to the overall entry I will have the web-links for each individual entry so for that one I should be abe to link that back to its component parts, in the meantime I shall put in the notes that each release was also part of a greater whole ... for example for Disc 1 I have put .... "Available individually or as Disc 1 in a 9 Disc Box-Set "150 Motown Hits Of Gold" issued as WL 72410." When the whole lot are in then no doubt the mods will take great delight in referring the 9 individual entries to the entry for WL 72410.
