	LaurenceD SUBS Member since Aug 2011 7708 Points Moderator	So many of the Victor releases were subsequently re-issued on RCA Victor that I think there was a general agreement amongst the mods that they should be grouped together to make life easier for everyone. Releases that were first issued as Victor are entered as such, and the later ones entered as RCA Victor, the dividing line occurring around Feb 1946 (See the label biography). It would be nice to see RCA Victor as a one-way pseudonym, with its listing starting at 1946, along with a "see Victor for main label listing" or something to that effect. But... then I suppose that some folks with 'RCA Victor' copies of older issues would not see the original Victor item, and create a new entry. Edited by LaurenceD on 10th Jun 2015, 8:35 AM
