That is, a pack or packet of digital media (CD), but that a DIGIPAK (No "C") is a copyrighted name for a specific product type made by a particular company (Like Hoover and the vacuum cleaner).

These Digipaks are the two or more panel card sleeves with a plastic tray glued into them to house the CD, so Digipaks are digipacks, but not all digipacks are digipaks... unless they are digipak.
