Going off the label design of cat# 2712, I get the feeling that Columbia in Australia began releasing records using the UK catalogue numbers before they started to release the 0 series of catalogue numbers (0512, etc.). I know that cat# 4066 has the same label design as the early 0 series.

Am I right in suggesting this? I'm guessing the two catalogue number series' would have ran along side each other for a bit. Also, Columbia's Australian record pressing plant in Sydney began production sometime in 1926, so all records prior to 1926 would not have 'Made in Australia' on them, right? They'd just be UK imports.
