I've got a 6 volume everyman edition of Decline and Fall (2 separate boxes - Vols. 1-3, then Vols. 4-6).

How would I add that, as there's no "Add linked release" button at the bottom of the page...

Enter each box, then enter each volume and request a link in notes to each one, and then request the link for the two box entries?
