That was the source for the only previous CD re-issue, which sounded incredibly muffled. The collector with that copy wouldn't loan it. Endless Googling found someone who listed it in their collection as a commercial Danish release! I offered £25 and it was accepted. With postage, £43 from Denmark, safely packed. I was delighted to receive it. It was virtually mint condition, so sounded fantastic restored for CD release on JASCD 457. It's on the usual streaming and download sites too. An interesting curio, having only been issued in Denmark. Possibly a bit racy for English ears, and the Danes were a bit more liberal even in those days...
