In those cases, I see PGB RTB and Jugoton as being the labels as well as companies, as those are the only logos present on the actual tapes, regardless of the originating labels' logos on the packages. How did the Eastern Bloc companies issue vinyl releases - did the records have the issuing companies logos, or the original logos?

A complication with having an "issued by" field, and not just for this type of situation, is that sometimes labels change distributors, but retain their previous catalogue number system with the new distributor. One example being Motown in the UK, with its STML and STMA LP numberings as devised by EMI, and retained when they moved to RCA in October 1981. At present, both versions can go under one entry, but an "issued by" field would mean separating them. It might be better to use the existing tag option, along with notes, to add any extra information, e.g. enter PGP RTB as label, but enter tag "A & M".
