The Wikipedia says "EMI Music Australia is the Australian subsidiary label of EMI Recordings Ltd. It is Australia's largest independent dance music label as well as one of Australia's largest independent labels overall and has full independence over its operations. Corporate headquarters are located in Sydney, Australia." going by the logic on this page anything produced under this banner (nearly everything after a certain date) will need to have it's own label too. I just enter this stuff under the label that appears on the CD which is what the guidelines request the shuffling behind the scenes over ownership of the labels is not the issue, fortunately though EMI Music Australia uses the EMI logo and hasn't added Australia underneath like the UK version of the same thing. Interesting, no probably not.
