A few years back I was able to obtain (via a snudge snudge wink wink download) volumes 1 to 75.

They tell a dramatic story of the decline in quality over the course of almost 30 years in the quality of 'hit' records. While an early one, up to about number 25 or so, a listenable in their entirety, you then start to get to ones where less than half of the tracks are palatable, and then toward the end where none of them are.
