Personally, I'd have gone for New Line Cinema, being both the production company, and, as said in the wiki page, distributor.

The other companies may be handling their distribution in that country on their behalf, maybe due to legal restrictions on the foreign company, maybe it just makes sense to contract out this aspect of distribution and manufacture in a smaller market... or one of those might even be New Line Cinema's own subsidiary, set up in that country for this purpose.

But it is confusing (like when we watch a movie at the cinema and it takes half hour to get through all the production company idents before the film starts... you wonder: "who the hell actually made this film?!!!"
