	guest star Guest Star Member since Dec 2014 15 Points	Hi Shawn, This is an excellent example of a record that is very collectable but NOT for the reasons claimed on the cover! The cover makes a big deal out of the Ray Charles and Sam Cooke cuts, but these are actually quite common on other LPs. The real finds here are the other songs by artists like Sonny Knight, Bubber Johnson, The Calvanes, etc. In fact, all of the songs on this album were either written or published by Dorinda Morgan, who - together with her husband Hite Morgan - recorded the Beach Boys when they were still known as the Pendletones. It's really quite a find and I would have put it in my new book, "Rare Rhythm and Blues on Budget LPs," but I couldn't determine whether it originally sold for full price. Enjoy it! Brian McFadden
