But in theory, and maybe in practice (?), provided the copy is sold in the intended region, it could be sold anywhere (any country) within that region? But I see your point, in that country does narrow it somewhat, as some DVDs may have been intended for just a selection of countries with a given region, to the exclusion of others, even if technically (legally, markets etc.) there was no barrier to them doing so. It does seem like too broad a brush, which may not reflect reality if you are unable to add more nuanced info.. Well I'm not sure what admin's policy is on this, but I do hope it doesn't become too much of an issue for the site.
