Topic: two bands with the same name... HOW?

Member since Jun 2014 3774 Points Moderator | Usually you can distinguish by date, as no two bands are allowed to have exactly the same name at the same time according to the gods of music.... only when one has become defunct can another band use it, unless some slight and subtle variation is included in the band / artist name itself. See UB40, and many protracted legal issues over band name use like Pink Floyd etc. |
