Topic: two bands with the same name... HOW?

Member since Jun 2014 3774 Points Moderator | More often than not, I think, where band "versions" who use the same name, you find that they are in some way related, and it's a haggle over who owns the name, as opposed to two unrelated bands attempting to use the same name... ...I don't know the particulars (but I'm sure someone around here knows), but there's rules around this (probably because of these kind of disputes), where you have to register your name officially, or go to court. |
