Topic: Where can I buy 78s?

	Pridesale Member since Mar 2013 805 Points	Charity shops, the last few I have been in around SW london do have a smattering of 78s (PM me on 45cat if you want the locations), prices though £2 to £5 per disc sometimes they have half price days. Emaus charity places up north tend to be bigger premises and both the stores i am aware of have a selection in them , some reasonable jazz or winifred atwell as takes your interest . i have - under different user name , on discogs some 100 to clear for charity that i have put on sale and slowly doing my london location excess too - some here in 'my collection' have already gone in the past to shops but i have others some of which will be kept for a final MP3 recording sessions hopefully i think I have probably played every 78 in my main collection - but not the northern ones, it is also likely, should I be able to travel , that there is a good quality steel needle BSR Deck in HMV Chassis Radiogram c 1951 avalible at a reasonable price ( has to be otherwise i will rob the valves for another guitar amplifier project ) at some time in 2021.
